As the name suggests, the system automatically detects and separates stale fruits from fresh ones. It is a holistic prototype encompassing both hardware and software. To detect fruits and to measure their freshness we implemented Convolutional Neural Network (VGG16). Additionally, to provide the factory managers control of the system a web interface was implemented.
